Our Story
Wood Real Estate was founded in the mid-1980s in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, on the belief that buying or selling a home should be a personal, guided experience — not just another transaction. That philosophy remains at the heart of everything we do today.
As a family-owned boutique brokerage, we've intentionally remained focused on quality over quantity. Our agents aren't driven by sales volume — they're committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. Many of our clients return to us time and again, referring friends and family across multiple generations.
As the brokerage was passed down to the next generation, Wood Real Estate expanded its reach to Cape Cod while staying true to the values it was built upon. Today, with offices serving both the South Shore and Cape Cod, we combine decades of experience with a modern approach to marketing, technology, and client service.
